Advanced Steel Technology offers precision CNC machining capabilities that are highly flexible and support the production of components for bulldozers, material handlers, packers (asphalt/dirt), excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, and fork Lifts. Our precision CNC machining operations are handled by CNC machining centers equipped with dual pallets. Our CNC machining processes are fully automated and steel plate thickness spans to 4 inches. Our state of the art machining equipment supported by engineering department provides for an efficient and quality controlled workflow. CNC capability allows us to produce extremely complex geometric components.

We also offer finishing services like in-plant painting and flattening. We accept drawings from varied input formats including DWG, DXF (preferred), PDF, JPG, GIF, TIFF, and BMP.

Quality control begins on AST's production line, where precision measurements calculated during manufacturing guarantee high standards and we adhere to ISO 9001:2000 standards. AST employees measure and record customer specifications using the latest CMM technology and make sure that the customer receives the highest quality parts.
