Advanced Steel Technology has been in the creation of large steel weldments for the past 45 years. Our well trained welding team will offer you high performance large weldments to fabricate steel or other metal plates. Over the years we have gained expertise in the creation of large weldments for the heavy equipment industry. Our main focus lies on the components for heavy machinery like bulldozers, material handlers, packers (asphalt/dirt), excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes and fork Lifts.

We provide both robotic and manual welding services. We use full CNC machining for all our welding processes. All our CNC machines are programmable and use A36 and A572gr50 specified steel to enhance the weld quality. The general thickness of these steel used is 4 inches and there is no limit on the width or length of a steel part. Welding at any angle or location is done with the help of our welders. Fully automated robotic welding is done for your cut, bent, beveled and machined parts at minimum time.
