Advanced Steel Technology has been in the business of metal cutting and steel fabrication for the last 45 years. We provide metal beveling services for innumerous applications and focus specifically on providing steel components for bulldozers, material handlers, packers (asphalt/dirt), excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, and fork lifts. We have in house robotic torches that are used to bevel the edges of curved steel parts to prepare them for welding.

Our automated process provides accuracy and reliability. Our process offers you various benefits including:

We can handle plate steel that meets A36 and A572gr50 specifications and we also have the capability to handle special materials. Steel plate thickness spans to 4 inches and there are no limits on width or length of a steel part.

We have full CNC machining capabilities to handle beveling processes and also offer in-plant painting and flattening services. We accept drawings from varied input formats including DWG, DXF (preferred), PDF, JPG, GIF, TIFF, and BMP.

Quality control begins on AST's production line, where precision measurements calculated during manufacturing guarantee high standards and we adhere to ISO 9001:2000 standards. AST employees measure and record customer specifications using the latest CMM technology and make sure that the customer receives the highest quality parts.
